How do I place an order/open an account?

As a delivered wholesaler, we trade with other businesses on an account basis. Please contact the relevant Territory Sales Manager for your business location from the options to discuss your requirements.

I am a member of the public looking to purchase soft drinks from the Dunns range (including Dunns glass bottles, Currie’s / Currie’s Red Kola, Five Star Ginger Beer, Garvie’s American Cola and Krystal Klear waters).

Thanks for your interest. As a delivered wholesaler, we only supply to trade businesses in wholesale volumes. Our premises are an active warehouse making public collections unviable.

Shops that Currie’s Red Kola is currently available in include selected Scottish stores from national operators such as Asda, Scotmid, McColls and Waitrose. Our drinks are also available to local convenience stores such as Premier and Keystore through their supply chain.

Home Delivery / Door-to-Door
We no longer ourselves do the traditional door-to-door sales that you may remember nostalgically, however we do work with several independent distributors who do these deliveries in certain areas. Your possible options are:

I have an account, what ways can I place my order?

We have a range of ordering options to suit your needs and convenience.

Telesales:

Our Telesales team is available to service all your food and drinks requirements from Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm. Please note, our cut-off time for drinks orders is 3pm (food can be ordered up until 10pm), the day before your agreed delivery day. These cut-off times were set in October 2021.

Online Ordering:

Place your order at your own convenience using our Coldweb online ordering platform that you can access through this site. Contact us if you have not yet received your password.

App:

We have a dedicated ordering App. Download Coldweb from the Apple AppStore or the Google Play store today. Your first time authentication code is DUNNS, after which you will be able to log-in using your online ordering info. Please contact us if you do not currently know your details.

24 hour answering service:

Outwith our Telesales hours, you can leave a message on our 24 hour answering service on 01698 727777 or via orders@dunnsfoodanddrinks.co.uk

Alternatively, we can phone to take your order at an agreed day and time within our Telesales hours, set by you. Contact your local representative to arrange.

Territory Manager:

When you require the more personal touch, the Territory Sales Manager for your area will be more than happy to work with you and offer you expert advice on your food and drinks selection.

How do I get a price for a product in your range?

Our pricing is handled on an account basis. Please contact your Territory Sales Manager to discuss your requirements.

What days do you deliver?

Our large fleet of vehicles offers a reliable food delivery service across Scotland. We deliver from 6am on a 6 days a week basis, with the exception of Sundays. Our licensed portfolio is delivered on separate dedicated drinks trucks which deliver Tuesday – Saturday every week, unless otherwise arranged by you. Please contact your Territory Sales Manager for more information on the specific delivery days in your area. Deliveries made out-side of the company’s normal cycle and/or out-with our fleet may be subject to carriage or postal costs.

Where do I call on a Saturday to talk to someone about a delivery?

Please call our General Enquiries number on 01698 727700.  If prompted, please leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I find out about the latest promotions?

The best way to stay in the know is to make sure you are registered for our email updates – you must opt-in to receive them. Sign up for our exclusive digital deals via our online ordering platform or ordering app or otherwise ask our Telesales team about what special promotions they can offer.

How can I apply for a job with Dunns?

I have a question regarding a product, how can I find information?

We are constantly collating the information on allergens from our suppliers and warrant that we will transmit product data as we receive it. Look out for our latest product updates on our online ordering platform or our ordering app. Online, you can download an Excel spreadsheet and search conveniently by product code or description. Please be aware that whilst we make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information and processes on our site and online ordering info are correct, we cannot be held responsible for errors/and or omissions. As we do not manufacture, we warrant only that we will transmit product data as we receive it, accurately. Allergens can change regularly, please check for updates and refer to the packaging at all times. If you have any queries regarding product information, including allergens and special dietary requirements, such as gluten or dairy-free etc, please get in touch.

I wish to discuss a delivery that has already been made..

Please note that all shortages must be reported to the driver at the time of delivery, and they will amend the delivery advice accordingly. If delivery is made outwith our own transport then all claims for shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Any further claims for shortages will only be addressed in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion. Due to Food Safety legislation, frozen and chilled goods are not returnable to the company subsequent of time of delivery.
