BBQ Pulled Chilli Non Carne

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Gently fry the diced onion, carrot, celery and garlic until soft.
  2. Add the crushed chillies and crushed cumin seeds.
  3. Add the tomato and basil sauce and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the kidney beans and pulled jackfruit and simmer for 5 mins.
  5. Cook the rice as per pack instructions.
  6. Finish the jackfruit with the chopped coriander and serve with the rice.
