Cajun Chicken & Pepper Fajita

- 100g Country Range Marinated Cajun Chicken (87417 - 1kg)
- 1 tsp Country Range Fajita Seasoning (56646 - 520g)
- 2 Country Range 10" Tortilla Wraps (48026 - 10x10)
- 25g Country Range Mild Salsa (9207 - 2.25kg)
- 10g Country Range Grated Mild White Cheddar
- 2 Spring Onions, sliced
- 1 Red Pepper, Sliced
- ½ Lime
- 1 tbsp Coriander, chopped
- In a pan, fry the sliced rep pepper and sliced spring onion.
- Add the fajita spice and a squeeze of lime
- Add the chopped coriander and the chicken. Keep the mix hot.
- Warm the tortillas and serve with salsa and grated cheddar.
