Chicken Tikka and Avocado Crisp Cos Hearts

  1. Dice the avocado, onion and tomatoes and season with salt
  2. Add the chopped coriander and a squeeze of lime juice
  3. Clean the Cos leaves
  4. Place 25g of Chicken Tikka on the lettuce, add the avocado mix and dress with a few Nigella seeds.
