HAGGIS NACHOS

This spin on a traditional Haggis dish is the perfect sharer or starter for Burn’s night this year.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Serves: 6

 

INGREDIENTS

 

METHOD

  1. Place a layer of tortillas into an ovenproof dish and crumble chunks of cooked haggis over the top
  2. Add a sprinkle of finely chopped onion and green chillies and top with grated mozzarella
  3. Repeat until dish has required amount of tortillas
  4. Grill for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese and serve with sour cream and mild salsa
