JAMAICAN JERK POTATO SALAD
Prep 10-15 minutes

INGREDIENTS
450g red potatoes, chopped (skin on)
4 tbsp Country Range Light Mayonnaise (Code 7466 - 5L Tub)
1 tbsp Country Range Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
6 spring onions, sliced

Method
1. Boil the potatoes for 10-15 minutes until just cooked then drain
2. Mix the mayo with the seasoning
3. Mix the potatoes with the seasoned mayo and spring onion and place into a serving bowl
4. Serve at room temperature
