- 50g Country Range Mixed Cheese & Spring Onion
- 125g Country Range Salted Butter
- 4 sheets Feuille de brick pastry
- Melt the butter and keep warm.
- Cut the pastry in half and brush with the butter.
- Wrap the pastry around small metal pastry horn moulds.
- Stand the horns on their end and bake for 6 minutes at 180°C until golden.
- Allow to cool.
- Carefully remove the pastry from the horn and fill with the cheese mix.
- Serve as a great canapé.
