Prawn Caesar Salad

Serves 1



  1. Make the dressing by crushing the anchovy with garlic clove, add the lemon juice, 1 tbsp water and the Mayonnaise.
  2. Defrost the prawns.
  3. Wash and roughly chop the lettuce heart.
  4. Dice the white bread and shallow fry in butter until crispy.
  5. Toss the lettuce in the dressing and the parmesan until the leaves are coated.
  6. Top with prawns and croutons
