Pulled Pork Filo Wrap

- 200g Country Range In-sauce Pulled Barbeque Pork (69304 -1kg)
- 50g Country Range Salted Butter (4938 - 40x250g)
- 4 sheets filo pastry (8416 - 10"x18", 8x500g)
- Pre-hear the oven to 180°C.
- Melt the butter and brush a sheet of filo.
- Repeat and top the first pastry sheet
- Repeat until all sheets are done
- Place the pulled pork in the middle and roll like a sausage
- Place on to a lined baking tray, brush with more butter and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice and serve.
