How to get the Dunns app
If you want to get on Coldweb, first you’ll need to register for online ordering. If you already have an account, then you’re good to go. If you want to become a new Dunns customer, get in touch and a member of our sales team will help you open an account.
You can use your online account to search 1000s of products, view and print your invoices and access exclusive online-only deals. It’s simple, quick and convenient.
Now you’re up and running online, you can go to the App Store or Google Play and download Coldweb. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code below. Once downloaded, click on the app and you’ll be asked to enter a first-time authentication code, which is simply DUNNS.
Now log in with the same account code and password from your online ordering registration.
How to use the Dunns app
First, you’ll find the Home tab. From here, you can navigate to all the necessary places to complete your order with us.
Browse over 5000 products across our Catalogues and drop what you discover directly into the Basket. If you already know exactly what you’re looking for, then head straight to Search.
You can also use your Order Card, where you’re given the option to choose from products you’ve ordered before. Another helpful touch to keep things speedy and save you time so you can get back to what matters – sauteing, slicing, dicing, roasting and the rest.
As for delivery, pick preferable slots on the days that suit you. If your building is complex, or you won’t be available to receive the order, you can add special instructions to guide our drivers in completing the delivery to your satisfaction.
