With the intended easing of restrictions to take place from 26th April, we are pleased to expect to be in a position to review and enhance our current delivery levels.
- Delivery Days
Our telesales team will be talking to you about changes in your area and your delivery days will be amended within your online / app ordering account for week commencing 19th April. Please log in from Monday to check the latest schedule in your area. Delivery dates can be found in 'My Account' on online ordering or 'Help & Account Information' on the app.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee timed deliveries. We will of course do our very best to accomodate your requirements but we anticipate this will be an exceptionally busy period for all.
- Minimum Orders
Please note that effective from 19th April we will be re-instating our minimum order levels of £50 for food orders and £75 for drinks orders.
- Online Ordering & Telesales Availability
Don’t forget that you can order at your convenience 24/7 online or by giving our Telesales team a call 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Please contact us now for your log-in details if you do not have them already.
- Order Cut-Off Times
Our usual ordering cut-off times remain in place, 5pm for drinks order and 10pm for food orders the day before delivery. This applies to all orders whether placed online or offline.
From 5pm to 10pm you can place any further food orders on the online platforms only
