Dear Customer,

Dunns Food and Drinks today asks all customers to join us in our preparation for the continuation of the Coronavirus outbreak.

You will be aware that we have always endeavoured to the best of our ability to ensure uninterrupted supply through such times as the ‘Beast from the East’. 

It is our intention that we will continue delivering for the duration of the pandemic and we are putting in place plans to enable this.
Part of our contingency planning for this scenario, unprecedented in any of our lifetimes, must be a recognition that there may well be a downturn within the hospitality sector and that our staff members may be affected by the outbreak.  Over the coming weeks as the situation progresses we may well require to review how we best service you, including aspects such as frequency of deliveries and order capture.
Deployment of staff operations may lead to members of our team having to take on different roles during the outbreak. Our first request is that where possible customers ensure that they have access to our online ordering facilities.  To do this, please contact either your account manager or our head office on 01698 727 777 to register passwords.  Guides for our online ordering and app are available below.
