WEST are artisan brewers in Glasgow's East End, the first UK brewery to produce all its beers in accordance with the Reinheitsgebot or German Purity Law of 1516.
This means that they only use the four core ingredients, water, malt, hops and yeast in brewing all WEST beers, adding no artificial additives, colouring or preservatives. The rich complexity and diverse range of flavours comes from pure ingredients, expertly brewed, with no shortcuts.
