Le Fruit de MONIN Williams Pear captures the crunchy, juicy texture and flavour of the worlds most cultivated pears outside of Asia. Williams Pears are famous for their slightly grainy texture and a fragrant flavour. Williams Pears originated in the UK in the 18th Century. Le Fruit de MONIN Williams Pear is perfect in lemonades, iced teas, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.
- Flavour: Aromatic and fresh pears on the nose with a sweet flavour on the palate.
- Used in iced beverages from lemonades to iced tea, cocktails and mocktails
- Use 15-30ml per serve for cocktails, 30ml for frappes and milkshakes, or 15ml for iced teas and lemonades, depending on recipe.
- Contains 50% of Williams pear puree. Natural flavourings. Suitable for vegan, vegetarian diets. Alcohol-free, Halal, Kosher. Shelf stable: 18-24 months before opening and 4 weeks after opening in a clean, dry at room temperature (<25 ° C)
