Like Port of Leith Distillery, many whisky fans adore whiskies that have been matured in ex-sherry casks. So Port of Leith Distillery decided they'd talk about the sherry.

Sourced from Bodegas Baron, a 480 year old producer with a very modern outlook, they selected this utterly delicious Manzanilla wine. It is made in the same style as Fino sherry; bone dry, with fresh citrus, nutty and doughy flavours that linger on your palate.
